Carlos Gosálbez is a vine-grower and owner of an ecologic farming production project. In this interview he describes how the environmental changes caused by the climate change, which started with the industrial revolution, are affecting the cultivations. Carlos expects his company to go back to the traditional farming techniques that didn’t use chemical products. At the same time, his wife, Estrella Orti, talks about the meaning of having an ecological product certification in the market and about how the customers, past and present ones, are confronting it.
